Okay So I'm On The Depo Shot For Birth Control,

Okay so I'm on the depo shot for birth control, I have been for a while now a little less than a year. And I recently just got my shot renewal, but before the shot I bled for about 2-3 weeks which I know is normal because it just means your body is ready for the next shot. My bleeding usually stops a day or two before the shot or right after. I got my last shot on November 3rd after already bleeding for 2-3 weeks. After the shot I don't bleed out anymore but when I have sex there's blood everywhere and I don't know how to explain it. It's been around 4-5 weeks of blood now and I'm so annoyed by it.. is there anything I can do?
