Could My Past Mild Concussion From An Old Injury Be Causing My Recent Mood Swings, Confusion, Memory Issues, And Severe Headaches?

Okay so about March 2021 I was in car wreck left with a broken nose and mild concussion. I never did follow up treatment for my concussion because of my stressful at home life. I was kinda dealt with sudden dull headaches I kinda just figured it was my poor diet as a teen. But as of lately I have intense mood swings confusion trouble remembering and focusing and random really painful headaches or migraines
