Okay So Me And Boyfriend Had Sex And He Didn't

Okay so me and boyfriend had sex and he didn't pull out and I've been having all the signs fatigue, food aversions this is the craziest one im lactose intolerant and the other day I had a strong desire for milk usually when I drink milk it makes me want to vomit but that day I drank 2 cups and loved it and I've been craving it im having lots of lower back pain and having pains like if I were going get my period and im like spotting but its like watery and bright red and I usually get my period right away I don't spot and its never watery and the cramps were before I started spotting so should I take a test or not ?
