Okay, So My Ex Fingered Me And I'm Afraid That

Okay, so my ex fingered me and I'm afraid that there might have been precum on his finger. If there was and it some how got in there could I be pregnant? I've had two periods since then but they were light and kinda different from my usual period. I've had three negative pregnancy tests. 2 three weeks after we did that and a doctors test before birth Control 7 weeks after and they were all negative. Now my belly hurts and I'm really gasy and I'm peeing more frequently... I'm also extremely bloated. Could I be pregnant?
