Okay so, my friend was.spray painting and I was swimming, I smelled the fumes from the pool and I feel really nauseous and so does my friend but she is also very dizzy and feels tired, I've been resting in bed for about an hour and I feel worse, I don't know what to do or if I should see a doctor, any advice?
