Okay So This Reall Embarrassing, But I Can't Find My

Okay so this reall embarrassing, but I can't find my vaginal opening. I took a mirror down there and I found the spot where my opening should be, but a thick peice of skin is blocking the hole. I get my period, so I know I must have an opening. But I can't get a tampon to go in.
