Okay so this really sucks but I dropped a 35 Lbs. Weight on the top of my foot in the weight room. Immediately my foot felt a stinging pain and then after about 30 mins it began swelling. I immediately iced 3 times a day for the next few days. The next few days I forced myself to compete in track and it has gotten alot better on the top and bottom ball part of my foot, however it is still severely sore and bruised and tender on the bottom between my big toe and the toe next to it. Also, the top part is alot better but still numb where the weight initially landed. I know its alot of info to process and no prognosis is certain especially without a face to face visit, but may i have broken a bone, or simply have a blood build up with bruises?
