Okay This A Complicated One. So I Had Sex With

Okay this a complicated one. So I had sex with my boyfriend a couple of days ago. We used a condom but then towards the end, I teased his tip very lightly with my opening without a condom. It didn't penetrate but I realized today that it still might have had some sperm cells still on there. He told me however though that he washed himself with warm water and antibacterial soap and I washed my vagina a couple of hours later after sex, so I guess what I'm asking is, what are my chances of getting pregnant, if any? We also had sex when I wasn't very fertile that day.
