Okey So Here Is The Question, A 5 Year Old

Okey so here is the question, a 5 year old girl has problem with its vagina it has something red everywhere on it and a little darker blue mark on the clit and it has problem while peeing.. the doctors in my country don't know what it is.. so if you can help answer me, thanks
