Ok...so I Recently Got Sober From Iv Drug Use And

Ok...so i recently got sober from iv drug use and I a have huge bubbles popping up on some of my gains. It started in one spot and it is spreading to my other veins.they itch and are painful. I need to know if it's serious before I go to a hospital because I am broke and cannot afford another huge bill.
