On 10-28-15, i had two trauma orthopedic surgeries, my tibia needed a plate,screws and wires. I also needed a plate and screws in my elbow. I was in the hospital for a week. I deveoped a severe raised rash about 18 days later on my leg and arm. What could this be? Should i see a doctor
