On 11/5/15/ I As At Work And Had 2 Sharp

On 11/5/15/ I as at work and had 2 sharp pains in my chest. then got dizzy and then felt like i was riding up in an elevator fast. Medical came down and took BP. It was 200/105. They took me down to medical and was ing to send me to ER i a cab. BP went down to bout 162/90. Th I got this weird sensation and said it is happening again. BP went t0 220/115. I said get me an Ambulance now! I could have been to hospital. In ambulance my they did an EKG showed no heart attack but then my BP went up again. I got to the ER they did Blood work, ekgs, chest xrays, urine sample and then another blood test for enzymes and then did a strss test about 4 hrs later. They released me due to no heart attack. Felt weird all day and blood pressure rose again at home (I was on lisinophril and took my dosage at hospital). Last Saturday night I am in car and my chest feels heavy..remove seat belt from chest area but I know thats not it. Then I get that rushed feeling thru my chest arms and head. Have my girlfriend take me to ER. took 20 minutes to get there and my BP was 184/95, They did blood test, ekgs, thyroid...send me home when BP got to 162/89. Went to my drs on Monday and he changed my BP med to Metoprolol Tart 25mg 1/2 twice a day and Xanax .25 3x day. Still getting spikes BP so he raised it to whole tblet 2x per day since Thursday. My blood pressure diastole is always in the 90's now and I had a spike yesterdsy while i was driving where I felt sick to my stomach and a rush to my head and ears. I still feel very scred that I am going to have a stroke or heart attack. What do you think?
