On 27th Feb I Went On A 3 Hour Hike

On 27th feb i went on a 3 hour hike at the end of the hike i use the washroom & there was spotting a brownish color. Last maybe 2 or 3 days. It started again a week later lasted for 2 days then it came back 3 days later wen my period was supposed to start. That was on the 14th march & its still here some days it has little clumps of dark brown blood, but the rest of days its literally just a spot of brownish blood. I'm worried. This is new to me. Is this serious?
