On 2nd Of Nov, My Wife Did Her Anomaly Scan.

On 2nd of Nov, my wife did her anomaly scan. The results are as fellows;

Gestation: Single live fetus with cephalic presentation at present.

Maturity Index of the fetus:
BPD: 53mm , 22 wks 0 days.
Femur length: 38mm, 22 wks 0 days
Abdominal circumference: 165mm, 21 wks 4 days

Viability of the fetus:
Fetal movements present.
Fetal Heart movement seen. FHR = 143 bpm, regular.

Liquor: Adequate

Placenta: Fundal anterior upper segment. grade 1

Others:
Head: No hydrocephalus; cerebellum: normal. face: Normal
Spine: normal. Chest- heart position normal; four chambers of heart seen.
Abdomen- Stomach seen; Urinary bladder: seen.
Extremities: normal. Anterior abdominal wall and cord insertion normal.
EFW: 451g
Umbilicord normal.

Summary:
Single live intrauterine fetus of 21-22 wks with cephalic presentation at present.
Fetal kidneys show mild pelviectasis. RT 6mm, LT 5mm
