On 3/21/2016 I Had Right Arm Numbness, Couldn't Walk Because

On 3/21/2016 I had right arm numbness, couldn't walk because right leg wouldn't work. I had extreme pain on my right side. It started with the right side of my throat being sore and My right ear stopped up and my right nasal stopped up and it was horrible pain all the way down except my right arm was numb. I have had similar problems since then. My balance problems started in November 2015 and I was told my seizures and cluster migraines (which also started in nov. I have also had migraines but not the seizures and the cluster migraines. I was told that this caused by stress. My MRI said Noncontrast brain 4-26 and the summary shows no evidence of recent ischemia. Chronic advanced small vessel white matter ischemia changes. No detrimental change when compare to pror MRI in April 2014.
