On 4-25-2018, I Had A Tooth Removed. The Dentist Lost

On 4-25-2018, I had a tooth removed. The dentist lost the root tip in my sinus cavity and performed the caldwell luck surgery. It's been over 6 weeks now and I have really bad headaches, my nose and the sides of my nose are really sore, and also ears bothering me off and on. The dentist did an xray and saw a white line near the center of my face towards the nose. I go back tomorrow to find out what the result of that xray is. I never had sinus problems in the past. Could this be something permanent or can they try to fix that
