On Friday I Got My 2 Bottom Wisdom Teeth Out

On Friday I got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth out plus half root canal done (need to do the crown) on the left lower molar closest to my left lower wisdom tooth. It's 2 am Wednesday & I still feel occasional pain but right now the inside of my right cheek towards the back is feeling irritated & this clear-orange liquid is coming out of my mouth. Doesn't taste bad, don't know if it smells bad. Could it really be an infection?
