On Friday Late Morning I Ate A Chicken Burger And

On Friday late morning I ate a chicken burger and later that day started clearing out cupboards at work bending up and down, then started having major cramps in the front of my stomach which carried on and I am still having severe cramps taken Aleve and now Hyospasmal but once they wear off the pains come back and are very uncomfortable? What else can I do I need to be at work and drive a car?
