On Monday My Cane Corso Received A Puncture Wound In

On Monday my Cane corso received a puncture wound in his head after being bitten at a local dog park by a huskey. Ive been cleaning it with bactine and saline and putting polysporin on it. Its not red or bleeding but he appears to have a small lump under the wound (swelling). It looks much better today but the swelling seems to have moved to a different location on his head. Hes playing and eating normally and seems fine, discharge is minimal and clear....how long for normal swelling to go down? any signs I should watch for that he has an infection?
