On October 1st I Had A Very Bad Panic Attack,

On October 1st I had a very bad panic attack, due to an argument with my daughter. I knew it was a panic attack, because I've had them in the past. I didn't want to go to the ER, so a friend gave me a couple of 10mg valiums. I took one on Oct 1st and the other on Oct. 3rd. I know I will be having a drug screening sometime in November, and I'm worried it may show up. I've heard it can take 3-6 weeks to have a clean urine test after taking Valium. Is this true, and should I be worried?
