On October 8, I Left For A Mediterranean Cruise. Shortly

On October 8, I left for a Mediterranean cruise. Shortly after leaving I developed a dry cough and sneezing. Sometimes my nose would itch. I returned home last Saturday. The past few days I've been in bed with chills, cough and lethargy. Today is better but my daughter is having a baby this mon. (Delivered csection). She's asked me to stay overnight in the hospital with her the first night. My question is should I stay, given my symptoms?
