On Ramipril 10mg & Amolodipine beselayte 5mg for hypertension. Towards evening feel slight ear & temple pressure. I will be fine days and then have a bad night when my BP jumps to 160/101 and then comes back down slightly after 20 minutes. My doctor has told me he doesn't think it's the BP meds I have been on for years. 46 yr old male.
