On Saturday I Drank A Very Thick Milkshake And Had

On Saturday I drank a very thick milkshake and had to pull very hard and long on the straw to get to it. On Monday I was belching excessively all day and my left arm was hurting and had chest pains . I also experienced a couple of bouts of dizziness. The belching seems to have subsided a little but I am now having stomach pains and a little chest discomfort. I want to know if something serious is going on
