On Sunday I Took A 4+ Hour Motorcycle Ride -

On Sunday I took a 4+ hour motorcycle ride - mostly non-stop thru turns, twisties, wearing a helmet and have a windshield. Felt great. However, that night when waking up to go to bathroom felt more unbalanced than dizzy. Same i the morning. Lasted about 4 hours and wore off. Experienced this once before after a car drive of 8 hours - again, few stops at high speed. any ideas?
