On Tamoxifen For 7 Years And Been Off About 7

On Tamoxifen for 7 years and been off about 7 months. Gained 12 lbs mostly I all across under Rib cage. Now having soroidic pain under rib cage. Have been diagnosed with Fatty Liver and never had weight problems before now. Any help would be appreciated
