On Thursday Night I Feel And Heard A Crack In

On Thursday night I feel and heard a crack in my foot. All the pain is centrally located in the middle of my foot. When I walk or stand to long it starts to hurt but I can still put pressure on it. I don't know what I did but it is swollen and there is slight bruising. What should I do?
