On Thursday Of Last Week I Attended Soccer Practice And

On Thursday of last week I attended soccer practice and I came home with a fever. That same night around 3 am I went to the restroom and after urinating, I began to black out and I just fell down in the restroom. I lost my vision and hearing for some minutes. I passed out and couldn't breathe until my parents laid me on the floor I regained everything. It's been almost a week and I've been hearing quite a few ringing noises in my head more than before and my head has not been feeling the same. It's not severe lightheaded but it's just a little bit. This is the first time in my whole life this seizure happened to me. My doctor told me I was healthy after blood results and other tests, but I feel different. Is it because I'm scared? Can you help me understand if this lightheaded thing is normal or a serious problem to go and see my doctor again? Am I diagnosed with epilepsy?
