On Tuesday I Had A Wire Removed From My Right

On Tuesday i had a wire removed from my right jaw bone, on wednesday i had a infection and my face is still swollen they gave me antibiotic which at this point i can barely open my mouth and i am in still in pain what is going on do a i need to go to emergency room
