On Wed Afternoon, I Was Given Ciprofloxacin To Take For

On Wed afternoon, I was given Ciprofloxacin to take for Kidney infection. (Severe pain in back that radiated to stomach area). When they tested my urine (light yellow and clear) the LEU was 2+, everything else negative. I'm drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice. Last night (3 days later) I had severe pain on the right side of back to my gut, and ended up vomiting all in my stomach about 2 am. Today, I feel sore, and back is very tender, but my urine is now very dark. I wonder if something else is going on and do I need to return to clinic care?
