On And Off Flank Pin, Left Side Only. I Have

On and off flank pin, left side only. I have been having pains on and off for about a month now. Just hesitant to see a doc because I do sometimes get kidney stones. But I have not any pass during this time. Pain is localized to my left side only.
Pain returns when I jump, lift heavy objects, bent over to grab something, press on my back, run and when I am hungry. Should I go get this looked at? Or could it still be kidney stones?i
