On Both Of My Legs From The Knee To My

On both of my legs from the knee to my ankles I have this rash. It don't itch or burn until i get in the shower/tub. Then it's all red, itchy and inflamed. I take a luke warm shower. Also,the bottom of both feet is broke out to. My feet are dry & cracked. The cracks can be small or big, or deep. Hurts to walk on them. I need something for feet & legs very cheap. I'm a single mother.
