On Cardio Machines Today At The Gym, My Heart Rate
On cardio machines today at the gym, my heart rate was 135-147 when normally, like yesterday, my heart rate was 104-106 on the same machine. (tried multiple types of machines today to make sure HR was not machine error and it was the same on 2 other machines) Felt heaviness in chest, muscles felt ok, I stopped as I was concerned about abnormally high HR today. should I see cardiologist?
