On More Than One Occasion This Has Happened But Last

On more than one occasion this has happened but last two times has been terrible. I'm emotionally up set n mad than all of a sudden my body tenses up especially my hands I can't even open them I start creating heavy I can't talk I'm like sluring words. The first couple times it was a minute or two but the last one last 15 minutes I was in pain cuz my arms n hands were so tense. I couldn't calm down or relax
