On My Left Cheek I Have Itchy Spots. After I

On my left cheek I have itchy spots. After I washed my face last night, I tore open a minute sized pin hole that bled for an hour. Rubbing cheek with a was rag to get the blood from sliding down my cheek caused like a burn. It all started last Saturday with 3 little itchy bumps on my jaw line. Don't know if I need to see a doctor but it itches and burns.
