On My Leg Above My Ankle A Little Lump Red

On my leg above my ankle a little lump red some times it itches and is painful, my ankle is also a lillte swollen, I sis go to urgent care, the DR gave me for ten days this med DOXYCYCLINE but today 6 day its made me nauseous twice so today I will stop it, should I go to Emerg ? I do not have P.C yet? It is also a little black and blue around the ankle.
