On My Right Ankle, A Few Days Ago I Scratched

On my right ankle, a few days ago I scratched an itchy area approximately an inch long by1/2 of an inch. I had put peroxide and aquaphor healing ointment on the area. But it was not getting better. Then yesterday morning I put Neosporin and covered the area with two band aids. So now I took both band aid off to see the progress and I noticed area on the outside ankle bone seems to be swollen. When compared to my other ankle. There is no pain and no redness, just soft swollen area a few inches in diameter over my ankle bone. What should I do?
