On My Right Hand, Middle Finger,2nd Knuckle I Have A

On my right hand, middle finger,2nd knuckle I have a large blister type swelling and a cluster of one medium size and 3 small ones. It is on the top of the knuckle on the left side of finger. My finger is stiff and painful. It is a normal skin color. I am 81 female. thanks
