On My Tongue Both Side Become Purple And Under Vains.when

On my tongue both side become purple and under vains.when roughly touch on the sides purple go every where on the tongue. .and some skin colour small spots have on my lips specialy sides of my lips.is this a std or cancer if some one hear to help me i can send some pics thank you.
