On My Wedding Morning I Started To Experience Trembling Then

On my wedding morning I started to experience trembling then acute pain in my tummy like my stomach was in a muscle spasm. Then I vomited and has diaheria. Still having the stomach issue the next day I experienced shooting pains in my head for about 40 minutes which caused to to go to the hospital where it subsided ( I was in Aruba). What in the world? I feel a lot better but still have soft smelly stool. What is your best guess?
