On The 18th And 19th Of This Month, October, I

On the 18th and 19th of this month, October, I had several falls in my home. I have started slurring, and stuttering my words when I talk. I have seizure like symptoms to where I shake and jerk all over my body. I have no control over my legs at all when this is going on s if I am standing up or walking I fall down. Now I am having pain that runs from my right hip down the back of the right thigh to my knee. I fell down four times on Sunday the 18th and twice on Monday the 19th.
