On The 21st I Had Unprotected, Yet Not Penetrating Sex

On the 21st I had unprotected, yet not penetrating sex with my SO. I had had my period on the 10-14th and we were not having penetrative sex because I had a uti. We were fooling around and I was laying flat on my stomach when he came between my thighs and on my mons pubis. I cleaned up and tried not to get any in me. I had seemingly infertile cervical mucus the next day and no ovulation symptoms. I have an almost perfect 30 day cycle every month. I was nervous and scared so I took plan b about 45 hours after. 2 days after taking the pill, my uti flared up again so it was painful to urinate along with pink/red blood. With this random combination of events, does anyone have any similar experience or knowledge I do not have? I am not financially stable enough with my SO to support a child. I do not think pregnancy would be best for me so I would like some input on my chances.
