On the MRI of the Brain it said Punctate area of encephalomalacia noted in the basal ganglia bilaterally which appear to be chronic in nature. My husband was in an explosion in 2000 and he was told that if he still had essential tremors he may have post traumatic parkinsons. The tremors are still there. His emotions of sudden anger rage and severe stabbing headaches.
