On The Side Of Both My Feet (inward), I Have

On the side of both my feet (inward), I have an arch of tiny holes. I’ve had them for almost a year. They don’t itch, aren’t painful, or bleed. I do have many brown spots on the bottom of my feet as well. The brown spots used to come and go but are now permanent. This has been for over a year now.

Back to the pin holes, they do look like I was driving pins on the side of each of my feet. They don’t peel but my skin in the edges are slightly raised as if they do peel. I would like to know if anyone has any ideas as to what this is.
