On Three Times In The Last Three Weeks, I Have

On three times in the last three weeks, I have had vomiting and diarrhea shortly after eating. Once I am completely emptied out, I am fine except for normal weakness. I normally do not eat heavy foods or large amounts but last night had eaten greasy fried chicken. I have recently had a colonoscopy and EGD with no problems found. Have had some reflux problems but this was resolved with Prilosec. A long time ago I was told I had stones in my gall bladder. Could my recent problem with vomiting and diarrhea be coming from the gallbladder?
