On Tues Of This Week I Had Mild Headache The

On tues of this week I had mild headache the location of it above right ear and feeling bad I went to ER my BP was 190/111, said I had UTI did ct can head no contrast said it showed some white matter. Followed up with family dr next day did lab work scheduled for renal ultrasound this mon. Put lisinopril 25 mg and corig. BP has slowly been coming down since wed . Tonight my BP is 95/74. Dizzy standing feel yucky. I may be dehydrated as I haven't felt like eating or drinking. Also on Cipro for UTI. I am 55 yr old female weighing 108. Should I be concerned that it was so high and now low . Got ghe last year it has run average of 110/70
