Once I Sat Up To Find That It Hurt To

Once i sat up to find that it hurt to breath. It felt as though with every breath i took, one of my ribs had just broken off and stab me in the lungs. I was never able to find out what happened and it lasted for a little under an hour untill it gradually faded. I dont know jow much of a big deal it was because i never told anyone but i would still like to know what happened
