Once Or Twice A Month I Have Vision Problem Usually

Once or twice a month I have vision problem usually one eye or the other. It goes away in about 15 minutes after I take a aspirin. This morning I awoke with a slight headache . I went to work and took a aspirin . 15 minutes after that both eyes , my vison was bad.very blury. I took another aspirin and 15 minutes my vison cleared but the headache is still here.
