One Day I Bought Alcohol From An Acquaintance And It

One day I bought alcohol from an acquaintance and it apparently it was mixed, later I got very drunk and threw up black blood. A few months later, I am fine and don't have any strange stomach issues. Was it dried up blood, and is it a permanent problem even though it was just one night?
