One day I shaved and afterwards I pee'd and it stung really bad. I got a mirror and realized I had three cuts; 1 where my anus and lips divide , and 1 on each side of my vagina lips at the bottom where they almost meet. So It's been two days and I'm using baby wipes and petroleum jelly on the cuts but today I went to look cuz it's been hurting badly and I've noticed ingrown hairs in my wounds...They are painful and the hair irritates them really bad I need Help.
