One Day I Woke Up With A Lot Of Discomfort

One day i woke up with a lot of discomfort and misalignment with my left jaw. A week or two the pain discomfort went away and i believe the alignment is good now. But ever since this has happened, i have been having ear pain on my left ear only when i burp or yawn. Its has been over a month and im still gettting pain in my left ear. What do i have?
